Tuition should give clarity, not just attendance.

Understand what is secure, where support is needed and what happens next.

Powered by our 5P approach

The Pinpoint Progress Path

Our Pinpoint Progress Path is how we make sure support areas are noticed early, acted on and tracked over time.

1Step 1
Practice

Guided and independent weekly practice.

2Step 2
Performance Visibility

Clear topic-by-topic insight.

3Step 3
Pinpoint

Support areas identified through real lesson evidence.

4Step 4
Precision Sessions

Focused support for a specific weak topic.

5Step 5
Progress

Improvement tracked over time.

How it works

How the programme works

A. Structured weekly lessons

Weekly 2-hour small-group lessons, capped at 8 students.

Small-group lessons allow the founding team to notice when a student is confused, adjust the explanation and provide more focused guidance. Students receive focused support where needed, while those who are ready can move on to deeper application and greater challenge.

Our Founding Team

A founding team personally invested in every student’s progress

Pinpoint Academy is built with direct founding-team involvement in teaching quality, learning materials, student progress tracking, parent communication and targeted support. The current P3–P5 Mathematics intake is taught and overseen directly by the founding team.

Ng Ean
Founder & Head of Academy

Leads Pinpoint Academy’s overall direction, learning system, programme model and student-progress approach.

At 20, Ng Ean founded Pinpoint Academy around a learning system shaped by his own experience as a student. He learnt that real progress did not come from simply doing more questions—it came from practising with purpose, understanding where mistakes were happening, receiving focused support and tracking improvement over time. That personal approach became the foundation of Pinpoint Academy’s 5P method: Practice, Performance Visibility, Pinpoint, Precision Sessions and Progress. His goal is to give students the clarity and support he believes every learner deserves, while helping parents better understand the journey their child is on.
